We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, take accurate orders, and provide a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
• Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
