About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Travel Coordinator to manage and oversee travel arrangements for medical staff, visiting doctors, and other personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas.
  • Coordinate travel schedules to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues.
  • Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors when applicable.
  • Monitor travel budgets and ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed travel itineraries and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and duty-of-care requirements.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel management tools preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
