Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a professional, welcoming attitude and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Answer and direct phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and events
  • Coordinate and assist with private events or special guest arrangements
  • Keep the reception and dining area neat, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Experience managing reservations and coordinating event logistics
  • Warm personality, excellent grooming, and customer service focus
  • Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
