• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs as per schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times
• Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, etc.)
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety policies
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
• Polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate in basic English
