Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plumber to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters, valves, drains)
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Complete job reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or property management
• Experience with emergency or on-call plumbing services
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Ability to handle multiple service calls per day
• Knowledge of Electrical works will be added advantage
