Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
