Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant performance.

  • Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Manage staff schedules and attendance
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in F&B supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
