Job Purpose: Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling, serving orders to guests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
- Capability to perform repetitious duties.
- Capability of working in a high-pressured environment.
- Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.
- Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
- Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
- Taking order and serving food and drinks.
- Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience
- Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished
- Cleaning the restaurant and applicable operational equipment
- Re-stocking service areas and re-stocking condiments
- Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage or customer service
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
