We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee real estate construction and maintenance projects in Al Barsha. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site supervision experience within the real estate sector and the ability to manage daily operations, contractors, and safety compliance effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for real estate projects in Al Barsha
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Inspect work quality and report progress to project management
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and material logs

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.
• Prior experience working on projects in UAE Market.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
