Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
  • Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
