Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain accurate stock records, manage inventory, and prevent shortages or excess
  • Ensure proper display of products and cleanliness of the shop
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Handle cash management, billing, and basic accounting activities
