About the Role

Raw Editions is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Studio Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio. This role sits at the heart of the business, ensuring that operations, administration, communication, and financial documentation are handled with clarity, precision, and care.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, numbers, and organization, and who communicates with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage studio emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
  • Draft clear, warm, and professional email communications
  • Oversee administrative systems, documentation, and filing (digital and physical)
  • Support the accountant by organizing and submitting required financial documentation
  • Track expenses and monitor spending against approved yearly budgets
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, contracts, and payments
  • Assist with invoicing follow-ups and internal financial trackers
  • Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support the founder and team with operational and administrative tasks

Requirements to apply

  • Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management

  • Experience supporting small teams or boutique companies is a plus
