Emirates Bio Farm seeking a detail oriented and reliable Storekeeper to join our team. As a Storekeeper you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling farm inventory, including seeds, organic inputs, tools, equipment, packaging materials, and harvested produce. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage conditions, and compliance with organic agriculture standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials such as seeds, organic fertilizers, bio-pesticides, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock registers (manual or digital) for all farm inputs and outputs.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of low or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Issue materials to farm staff based on approved requests.
- Maintain issue/return records for tools and equipment.
- Prepare inventory reports, usage summaries, and wastage reports.
- Assist in audits related to organic certification and farm inspections.
- Coordinate with farm managers, supervisors, and procurement teams.
- Support purchasing by providing accurate stock data and requirements.
- Assist during peak seasons with logistics and supply planning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
