We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage patient coordination, administrative tasks, and basic billing functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient and staff communication effectively, both in person and via phone
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately
- Monitor and manage the clinic’s email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and obtain necessary approvals
- Handle billing-related tasks, including invoicing and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CLEAR ENGLISH speaking, reading, writing and understanding skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing processes
- Proficient in basic computer applications and clinic management systems
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital environment
- Knowledge of DHA/insurance portals is an advantage
