Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support daily personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes when required
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, bookings, and reminders
  • Maintain files, records, and confidential information
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up to ensure completion
  • Provide general administrative and personal support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools and task management apps
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
