Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Prepare accurate quotations in coordination with suppliers and procurement
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product records systematically
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery
- Support the outdoor sales team with quotations, documentation, and client coordination.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Indoor Sales
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- UAE experience preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
