About the Job
Arab Tools is a growing multi-vendor platform for building materials and construction tools.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to help us handle daily sales work, answer client inquiries, and prepare documents such as quotations, invoices, and receipts.
The right candidate should be organized, good with communication, and comfortable using computer tools like Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, email, and landline.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and client updates.
- Maintain proper records of orders and client information.
- Handle basic product inquiries related to hardware and fit-out items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics when required.
- Assist in preparing reports using Excel.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role (hardware or fit-out industry is a strong plus).
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage time well.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be currently in the UAE.
