Full job description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail)
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments as required
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Support HR and Admin tasks when needed
- Previous UAE work experience
- ARABIC SPEAKER
