Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by training and mentoring staff.
  • Support sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them, maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
  • Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, energy, and enthusiasm among staff.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and inspire others.
  • Familiarity with luxury brand expectations and ability to maintain brand integrity.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale technology.
