Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by training and mentoring staff.
- Support sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them, maximizing profitability.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, energy, and enthusiasm among staff.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and inspire others.
- Familiarity with luxury brand expectations and ability to maintain brand integrity.
