Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding
• Handle inquiries and guide travelers
• Ensure safety and compliance with airport rules
• Manage baggage processes when required
• Coordinate with airline and ground staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Physically fit and presentable
• Airport or customer service experience preferred
