Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding
- Handle inquiries and guide travelers
- Ensure safety and compliance with airport rules
- Manage baggage processes when required
- Coordinate with airline and ground staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Physically fit and presentable
- Airport or customer service experience preferred
