The Mission Stack & Dome is a premium burger brand from London. We are currently in Soft Launch in Dubai. We built our reputation on quality, and that includes a spotless environment.

We are looking for a Steward / Cleaner who takes pride in their work. You are the backbone of the restaurant—keeping the kitchen running and the dining area shining.

The Role This is not just “washing dishes.” This is about maintaining a 5-star standard of hygiene in a busy commercial kitchen and dining room.

What You Will Do:

• The Wash Up: Manage the pot wash area. We use heavy pans and trays for burgers—you must be able to clean grease effectively and fast.
• Deep Cleaning: Clean floors, walls, extraction hoods, and prep surfaces. You ensure the kitchen is inspection-ready for Dubai Municipality every single day.
• Front of House: Ensure the dining area floors and windows are spotless before and after service.
• Waste Management: Manage bin rotations and ensure the loading dock area is kept clean (Hotel standards).

Who You Are:

• Hard Worker: You are physically fit and energetic. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
• Detail Oriented: You don’t leave grease spots on the floor. You notice the small details.
• Flexible: We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
• Reliable Transport: Our shifts often finish late (past 1:00 AM). You must have a way to get home when the metro/bus is closed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel as a Steward or Cleaner.
• Chemical Knowledge: You know which chemicals to use for degreasing vs. sanitizing (COSHH / Chemical safety awareness).
• Availability: Immediate start preferred.
