Job Summary
The Laundry Manager will oversee the daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient processing of hotel linens, guest laundry, and uniforms in compliance with 5★ service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laundry operations including washing, ironing, pressing, and finishing.
- Ensure linen quality control and timely delivery.
- Supervise and train laundry associates.
- Maintain and manage equipment, reporting any technical issues.
- Implement cost-control measures and maintain laundry inventory.
- Ensure high hygiene standards and staff safety.
- Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of laundry machines, chemicals, and processes.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet timelines.
