Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and update all company documents and records.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and storage of documents, both physical and digital.
- Monitor and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and control project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports on document status, updates, and audit trails.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, meetings, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage document retrieval requests efficiently and accurately.
- Support administrative tasks related to document management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
