Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and update all company documents and records.
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and storage of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Monitor and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and control project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports on document status, updates, and audit trails.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, meetings, and regulatory submissions.
  • Manage document retrieval requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Support administrative tasks related to document management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
