Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and couriers).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in Marketing
  • Support HR and accounting functions with data entry and filing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
