About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (Female) to support the daily professional and personal schedule of the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will handle communications, calls, bookings, and ensure time is managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Book reservations, travel, and events when needed.
  • Remind and prepare the manager for upcoming meetings or deadlines.
  • Keep track of tasks and ensure smooth time management.
  • Perform basic administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
