Role Overview

The Guest & Operations Coordinator will handle guest communication, daily operations, building access approvals, DTCM-related tasks, and coordination with housekeeping.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent English, and experience in hospitality or Holiday Homes.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication

  • Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Send check-in instructions, access information, apartment guides
  • Handle complaints and find quick, professional solutions
  • Collect guest passports and submit information for approvals

Operations & Administration

  • Register guests in DTCM (training provided)
  • Submit building/community access approvals
  • Schedule daily cleanings and coordinate with cleaners
  • Check and approve cleaner photo reports
  • Track consumables and amenities
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate technicians

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all apartments meet Sunscape 5★ standards
  • Follow company SOPs and update checklists
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incidents, and inventory

Requirements

  • Based in Dubai
  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Strong WhatsApp etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Hospitality, Holiday Homes, admin, or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with DTCM, building approvals, or Holiday Homes systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Google Drive
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and high attention to detail
