About Us
We are a leading Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in property sales and leasing across prime communities. We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist/Tele caller to manage our front desk operations, assist with daily office coordination, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a warm, professional reception environment
- Serve refreshments and prepare meeting rooms before and after appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general office inquiries
- Manage office opening/closing, cleanliness, and supplies
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
- Maintain staff attendance and assist with onboarding procedures
- Perform tele calling tasks when required, including lead follow-up and basic client qualification
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or admin role (Real Estate experience Required)
- Experience as a tele caller or handling high-volume calls
- Excellent communication skills with strong confidence in client interaction
- Well-presented, positive, and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English
