Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and HRMS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee onboarding & offboarding procedures, including orientation, documentation, asset handover, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, Emirates ID, and MOHRE-related tasks.
- Compile and verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions for monthly payroll.
- Handle employee relations, address HR concerns, and provide guidance as per company policy.
- Participate in policy development and ensure implementation of HR processes and compliance.
- Process medical insurance applications, additions, deletions, and manage claims.
- Prepare HR reports for management, including manpower reports, leave balances, and recruitment updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Language: Hindi, English is mandatory.
- UAE Fresher candidates on spouse visa will be preferred.
- Ability to learn faster.
