Role Summary

The core responsibility of this position is recruiting, attracting, screening, and onboarding real estate agents.
Secondary responsibilities include supporting operations and basic administrative tasks as needed.

This role is best suited to candidates who understand the Dubai real estate market and are confident communicating with agents and handling high-volume outreach.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Agent Acquisition

  • Attract, recruit, and screen real estate agents for the brokerage
  • Conduct outreach, calls, WhatsApp communication, and interviews
  • Create and manage job postings across platforms
  • Explain Aston Gate’s value proposition to potential agents
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and agent registration

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks during onboarding
  • Maintain organized schedules, follow-ups, and operational workflows
  • Support communication between agents and management
  • Create basic content for recruitment purposes (stories, captions, reels)

Requirements

  • Dubai real estate experience is mandatory (leasing, sales, or admin)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Confident making calls and managing WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent
  • Comfortable working with daily KPIs and structured output
  • Basic social media skills are an advantage
  • Must be currently based in Dubai

Compensation

  • Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000
  • Monthly Bonus based on performance
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Total monthly earning potential: AED 10,000 – 15,000+
