We are a growing entertainment company providing fun, engaging, and memorable experiences for families and children. We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse & Purchase Coordinator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties

Manage, organize, and maintain all warehouse inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of items.

Conduct regular stock checks and prepare inventory reports.

Coordinate with operations and entertainment teams for timely delivery of required items.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.

Purchasing Duties

Source and purchase materials, costumes, props, and equipment required for entertainment operations and events.

Communicate with suppliers for pricing, quotations, and delivery timelines.

Process purchase orders and coordinate incoming deliveries.

Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or a similar role (entertainment/retail industry is a plus).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage inventory systems and maintain accurate records.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).

Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when needed.

UAE Driving License required.
