Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome visitors, drivers, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages

Administrative Support

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and paper records
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic documentation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate communication between departments
  • Support HR with onboarding tasks (forms, ID badges, etc.) when needed
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure front office area stays clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written) — required
