About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Admin & Accounts Assistant to keep our daily operations running smoother than a perfectly balanced spreadsheet. If you thrive on organization, can handle accounts work without breaking a sweat, and live your best life in Excel, you’ll fit right in.

Note: This position is open only to female candidates as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain financial records and assist with basic accounting
  • Enter, update, and reconcile data using Tally / ERP software
  • Prepare reports, statements, and documentation as required
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-ups
  • Support HR and operational functions as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data analysis basics)
  • Hands-on experience with Tally or similar ERP accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or accounts roles

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills—because chaos is not the vibe
