Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Footage: Watch live and recorded video feeds from multiple cameras.
• Incident Detection: Identify suspicious activities, emergencies, crimes, or security threats.
• Reporting & Response: Alert relevant personnel (security, police, emergency services) and provide clear, accurate information.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs, records, and store footage securely for evidence.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all surveillance equipment functions correctly and report malfunctions.
• Access Control: May operate access control systems.
• Liaison: Work with external agencies (police, councils) during investigations or emergencies.
