Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, support daily administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and presentation
  • Handle client check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage emails, messages, and basic correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client flow and service delivery
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service role preferred
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Fluency in English
