Full job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, machine operators, and other production staff in day-to-day tasks.
• Load and unload raw materials, wooden boards, and finished products.
• Support cutting, sanding, polishing, and assembling wooden components as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and production areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and machines (after proper training).
• Pack, label, and prepare finished wooden items for storage or delivery.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times.
• Report damaged materials, faulty machines, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
