Job Description:
Homex Properties LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager with strong real estate and campaign management experience. The ideal candidate will handle our social platforms, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and help increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and agents to generate qualified leads.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends in Dubai.
  • Manage social media calendar and posting schedule.
  • Improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Handle basic graphic design for social posts (Canva/Photoshop skills preferred).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Social Media Manager in the real estate industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Excellent communication and creativity skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly deadlines.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
