Job Summary:

Battmobile is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, coordinate service requests, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in call centers or service roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Provide accurate information on services, pricing & policies
  • Coordinate service requests with our dispatch and technical teams
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma (or higher)
  • Experience in customer service or call centers
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
