Position: Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera or similar is an advantage).
