Position: Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payment transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera or similar is an advantage).
