Key Responsibilities

1. Contracts & Tender Support

  • Manage contract renewals, including reviewing terms, preparing renewal documents, and coordinating approvals.
  • Handle contract-related payments and follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
  • Support tender preparation, documentation, and submissions.

2. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide PA support to the Head of Contracting, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and communication materials for senior management.

3. Government Licensing

  • Apply for and renew necessary government permits and licenses (e.g., DTCM permits) to ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in contract administration, admin support, or PA roles.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management.
  • High attention to detail and discretion.
