Key Responsibilities
1. Contracts & Tender Support
- Manage contract renewals, including reviewing terms, preparing renewal documents, and coordinating approvals.
- Handle contract-related payments and follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
- Support tender preparation, documentation, and submissions.
2. Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide PA support to the Head of Contracting, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and communication materials for senior management.
3. Government Licensing
- Apply for and renew necessary government permits and licenses (e.g., DTCM permits) to ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in contract administration, admin support, or PA roles.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management.
- High attention to detail and discretion.
