Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Accurate Processing of Branch Orders to Production Department using our SYSTEM
  • Processing of Wastage Reports
  • Handle cash, card, and digital wallet transactions (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.).
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper cash drawer balancing at shift start and end.
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Coordinate with serving/kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and customer waiting area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE consumer protection standards.
  • Report any discrepancies, system issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
  • Upsell menu items or promotions when applicable.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Experience using modern POS systems

Skills

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Customer-service driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Other Requirements

  • Must be currently in the UAE.
  • Must have valid UAE work eligibility (employment visa, spouse visa, or visit visa with willingness to transfer).
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
  • Professional appearance and hygiene standards (F&B environments require this).
