- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Handle phone calls and emails in Arabic and English
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize files, documents, and office paperwork
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in computer use and data entry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage documents and office filing
- Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
