JOB SKILLS

  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and organized always.
  • Maintain clean, dry, and safe floors throughout the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
  • Operate dishwashing and pot-washing machinery, ensuring a hygienic working environment in compliance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure the waste bin area is always clean, tidy, and properly sanitized.
  • Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
  • Clean and maintain floors, walls, and work surfaces in kitchen and dishwashing areas, following standard protocols.
  • Clean large kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, refrigerators) as assigned.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.
  • Monitor and check chemical levels regularly; ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning supplies.
  • Wash, wipe, sort, stack, and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.
  • Report any breakages, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Clean, sanitize, and properly close workstations at the end of each shift.
  • Use and maintain all equipment in accordance with manufacturer and department guidelines.
  • Follow proper waste disposal procedures, including recycling and food waste management.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing stewarding deliveries when required.
  • Participate in regular deep-cleaning schedules as directed by supervisors.
  • Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as necessary.
  • Support team members during busy periods by performing additional cleaning or organizing tasks.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures, chemical handling, and hygiene protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all fire and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment.
  • Have flexible mindset for the working hours and shedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
