Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately, support the daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate cash register operations and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and ensure proper shift handover.
  • Keep the cashier counter clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and menu details.
  • Coordinate with service, kitchen, and barista staff for smooth workflow.
  • Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Report any discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier.
  • F&B experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer operations.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
