Job Purpose:
Responsible for purchasing, logistics coordination, and inventory support with strong hands-on SAP skills to ensure timely supply of materials and smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, freight, and customs clearance.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse receiving processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with finance for GRN, invoice matching, and payments.
- Prepare procurement and logistics reports through SAP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in procurement and logistics.
- Mandatory SAP module experience.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, shipping, and Incoterms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
