JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Engage with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels to discuss aesthetic treatments and services.
- Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.
- Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.
- Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic preferably in aesthetic treatment, plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred)
- Russian/Arabic language will be an added advantage.
