Job Summary: A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties include making beds, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, tissues, and cleaning materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
