Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all daily operations for a growing holiday home management company. The role includes managing check-ins/check-outs, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, handling guest issues, supervising quality control, ensuring property readiness, and communicating with landlords when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations (guest issues, check-ins, check-outs)
- Coordinate with cleaners, QC officer, and maintenance team
- Ensure all properties are ready before guest arrival
- Solve urgent operational problems
- Supervise Guest Relations and ensure high communication standards
- Provide daily reports to management
- Liaise with landlords for operational updates
- Improve guest experience and overall efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in Holiday Homes in Dubai (mandatory)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong coordination abilities
Salary Range
AED 8,000 – 10,000/month + performance bonus
