We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all daily operations for a growing holiday home management company. The role includes managing check-ins/check-outs, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, handling guest issues, supervising quality control, ensuring property readiness, and communicating with landlords when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations (guest issues, check-ins, check-outs)
  • Coordinate with cleaners, QC officer, and maintenance team
  • Ensure all properties are ready before guest arrival
  • Solve urgent operational problems
  • Supervise Guest Relations and ensure high communication standards
  • Provide daily reports to management
  • Liaise with landlords for operational updates
  • Improve guest experience and overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in Holiday Homes in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong coordination abilities

Salary Range

AED 8,000 – 10,000/month + performance bonus
