We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and action plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Hospitality background is a must
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
