We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales
• Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and action plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Hospitality background is a must
• Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
