Talent Acquisition – Tagalog speaker

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding
  • Advertise job openings on multiple job board platforms
  • Screen and select suitable candidates for shortlisting
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and follow-up communication
  • Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Provide support in employee performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with all required documentation

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment
  • Experience in construction industry
  • Interviewing and Hiring skills
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and market hiring trends
  • Preferably available immediately
