About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Steward to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting chefs and kitchen staff.

What You’ll Do

• Keep kitchen areas spotless — floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with basic food prep when needed.
• Safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Collect and dispose of waste efficiently.
• Organize storage areas and restock cleaning supplies.
• Support daily setup and closing of the kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

• Available to join immediately
• Previous experience in kitchen support or stewarding is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for long shifts and lifting.
• Positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
