We are looking for a Sales and Data Entry team member to join a specialty collectibles store within our group. This role combines customer service, data input, product handling, and basic photography.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to interact professionally with customers. Training on all procedures will be provided.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and clearly explain our services and processes.
- Enter product details accurately into our system.
- Handle collectible items with care and follow proper procedures.
- Photograph items and upload images to the database.
- Support store sales and maintain clean, organized displays.
- Manage online orders, prepare shipments, and contact customers for collections.
- Support weekly activities, such as small community events.
- Occasionally assist other stores within our group when needed.
✅ Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills and data entry ability
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of collectibles, gaming, or trading cards (TCG) is an advantage
- Photography experience is a plus
- Retail or data-entry experience preferred
